wooh. ok so i ran earlier.well around circuit road 2 times.and its quite a long route.but i feel less tired then running 2.4. i think cos im running a different route and its at night.and yeah. i did sth new today.i ran with 2 singlets and a jacket.well it helps me to perspire more and make me tone.wel i dunt noe how to spell that.but i feel better.and like too bad my legs in pain.or else i could hv ran with farhan and zul to toa payoh. well thats gonna be tough.but i still want to go and run.maybe on sunday.wooh. and yup-its gonna be POP tmr. Well,its not my POP but its the sec 4's POP.good good.farhan me and zul-haha-we talked abt what to wear tmr ,after we jogged.and haha. we talked abt shoes, to slippers and the qns nvr end.haha. zul did very well taking charge of the organising of the sec 4s and preparing them(applause).cos farhan wasnt free the 1st 2 training.hhaa
and well.i helped zul to take charge of the colours party.and hmm,i learned a new command. tegak panji panji.haha and turun panji panji..YEAH.and im back to command and control.well its not a game.but im getting used to shouting after a very long break.haha.hope that tmr will be a good day for them!.
